




We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and have strong computer literacy. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and customer inquiries via phone and email. • Organization detail- Oriented office management • Some Warehouse experience • Support daily operation activities of the sales and customer service department. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer service/ clerical • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, outlook, and Excel ) • Experience in QuickBooks preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask prioritizes responsibilities and work effectively in a team setting.
