RESPONSIBILITIES: • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly. • Assist with basic food preparation (chopping vegetables, preparing meat, appetizers, portioning sauces, etc.). • End-of-shift cleaning: sweeping, wiping, mopping floors, taking out trash, sanitizing tables and equipment. • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized. • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations. REQUIREMENTS: • Previous kitchen and dishwashing experience required. • Available to start working as soon as possible. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. • Must understand English. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. • Basic food prep (cutting vegetables, prepping meat, appetizers, portioning sauces, etc.) • End of the night clean up, brooming, wiping and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, sanitizing the tables and equipment, • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized • Take out trash and maintain cleanliness in dish and prep areas. • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines REQUIREMENTS: • Prior kitchen and dishwashing experience needed. • Willing to start working as soon as possible • Able to work in a fast paced environment. • Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player. • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. • Must understand English. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
