$750 Private room in 3 br house with yard and deck (Ellis Hollow/Bethel Grove)

I have two rooms for rent in my 3 br house in Ellis Hollow/Bethel Grove. I'm in my early 30s and am working in the area. The house is 4.5 miles from Cornell, 5 miles from the commons. - The room is not furnished - Washer and dryer are in the house - Attached 2 car garage - Air sourced heat pumps for heating/cooling, along with a wood stove - Deck overlooks a good-sized fenced yard - There's also a fenced-in garden space I have two dogs, so I prefer no more pets, unless they stay in your room. Rent is $750 per month, plus utilities (internet and electricity). One room is available now and the other will be available 8/1/25.
