I've lived in this home for about 8 years almost and I have 2 rooms available. I have a one room plus the $300 deposit. No pets, preferably somebody who has a job and is quiet. Reasonable and respectful clean and tidy is always a plus also have another room available on the main floor of the house. That is a furnished room as well. It is 500 month. All utilities are included. There's a fenced in backyard parking on the street or off the street. There's laundry in the facility and The house is fairly quiet, clean, neat. Tidy, I'm looking for the same. Please show proof of employment.The second room is also three hundred dollar deposit for fifty a month. S.s.i. is also good
