Looking to rent a room in a big house. Very big, shared bathroom. In ground swimming pool!!!! Rent is $100-$150 a week, depending on which room you rent. I have at the moment a $150 per week that will be move in ready by the 1st of July, but I also have a camper that will be set up and move in ready by the 15th of July that I will be selling with owner finance on my property until paid for. Rent includes rent, water, Wi-fi, cable and electric. The house is huge and open to all renters. All rooms have a small fridge in them and come completely furnished but can be unfurnished if needed. You will have access to the whole house except other bedrooms. I have 2 refrigerators and an upright freezer. This property is located in the country. I am a huge animal lover and have dogs that are well mannered and maintained at all times. Rent is an easy month to month lease. I am a very laid back easy to get along with person. No drama, no drugs, but 420 friendly in your own privacy as Florida is a legal state with your medical license.
