The alignment is dead on, the brakes are strong and smooth, the engine runs great and does not get hot, Everything works including the power windows, cruise control, and air conditioning. We just installed four new Bilstien shocks. There are no leaks, no check engine lights and she was smogged on June 11, 2025. All of the house systems function properly. This includes the 110v air conditioning, the refrigerator, stove, overhead fan, and galley pump. New recent parts include: a high capacity overhead vent fan, the galley pump, a deep cycle RV house battery, and a new heater furnace fan blower motor. All four of the rubber propane hoses in the rear are brand new as well. The interior is all original and is very clean. On the outside the rust free body is very good overall with the exception of two small dents on both back corners. The paint is original and is fair to poor overall shape. The hinged fiberglass drive's step is broken, which is very common on these Dodge based Roadtreks. Replacement steps are still available from Roadtrek. The body and undercarriage are rust free. This 170 Popular was the smallest of the Roadtreks and was billed as the Worlds Smallest fully self-contained motorhome. They are perhaps one of the rarest of Roadtreks, as they did not sell that many of them. It will sleep up to three humans. We have the clean California title in hand, the registration is current until Nov 2025 and she was just smogged last month to be sold.
