Large furnished two bedroom apartment in Bushwick off of the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M train stop available August 1, 2025- September 30th, 2025. It’s a top floor apartment. The primary bedroom is in the back of the house so it’s quiet and has a very comfortable king size bed. There is a separate dining room with a large table perfect for dinner parties, and a separate living room with a skylight. The kitchen is spacious enough for those who love to cook. The second bedroom is set up as an office and does not have a bed, so this is not a good situation for roommates, but perfect for a couple who WFH. There is a washer/dryer for your use and central A/C in the bedrooms and living room. There is FIOS WiFi. There are many houseplants so if you know how to keep plants alive (or are willing to follow my instructions) that’d be a bonus for me. The rent is $2500 per month (which includes all utilities except electricity-- the A/C is on the electric bill so you should plan for anything between $200-400 per month depending how much you use the A/C) plus a $1000 damage deposit-- which can go towards the electric bill if you like. The deposit will be returned after the electric bill is paid and there is no damage to furniture etc. It’s a great location for summer fun as you’re within walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, cafes etc that Bushwick has to offer.
