Hello! I'm a entreprenuer and business owner based in North Olmsted. I'm looking for a local personal assistant who can help with various day-to-day activities ranging from package delivery, moving things around the house, shopping, and everything in-between. I run a 50+ person company and work a ton of hours. It's hard for me to get to a lot of tasks and would love to have some extra help. I'm involved in the media & video production business so if you are interested in that industry, there could be tasks which relate to work as well. Offering $25/hour and would just need someone who can work a few hours here and there on various tasks as they come up. Some months could range from 5-10 hours, and other months more. Not ideal for someone seeking full-time work - but great for someone who wants to earn some extra money completing basic tasks. Job description We are looking for experienced subcontractors to join our team as Field Technicians specializing in Cat6 cabling installations within a commercial environment. If you are knowledgeable in telecommunications and network equipment, as well as willing to travel to various job sites daily, we want to hear from you! Position Details: Type: Subcontracting (1099 position; no benefits provided) Location: You must be able to travel up to a 70-mile radius of your location. 5 to 20 miles in is the normal distance Hours: Expect between 20 to 35 hours of work per week Start Date: Immediate Requirements: Experience: Extensive experience in commercial telecom equipment installations, specifically with Cat6 cabling. Familiarity with some fiber installations is a plus. No residential work experience will be considered. Knowledge of Network Equipment: A strong understanding of network equipment is essential. This includes proficiency in working with switches, routers, racks, access points (APs), and any other necessary network devices. Vehicle: A personal vehicle is mandatory. We do not supply company vehicles, so having your own transportation is essential. Tools: Technicians must possess their own tools necessary for cabling installations and troubleshooting calls. Travel: Willingness to travel daily to varying job sites, where tasks may include both small and large installations, as well as troubleshooting calls.
