Plan check is being INSUFFERABLE! I need an architect stamp on TI project. This was supposed to be a small project for a non-profit 6 months later im one stamp away from attaining the permit. Can you help

We are seeking an experienced Google Street View Photographer who can help us capture and upload high-resolution 360° imagery for neighborhoods and city streets in Southern California. About the role: We are refreshing and expanding Street View coverage for selected cities. You will be responsible for operating 360° camera equipment mounted on a vehicle, capturing data, and uploading processed imagery to Google Street View at scale. Responsibilities: Operate high-end 360° cameras (e.g., Insta360 Pro/Titan, Mosaic, or similar) Mount and calibrate equipment on vehicles for optimal Street View capture Plan and drive assigned routes to ensure full coverage of targeted areas Manage and organize large datasets (imagery and metadata) Process and upload imagery to Google Street View per Google’s technical standards Requirements: Prior experience as a Google Street View Trusted Photographer or similar role Familiarity with Insta360 Pro/Titan or other Street View–ready cameras Knowledge of Google Street View publishing tools & workflows Ability to manage large-scale uploads (multi-terabyte data handling) Strong technical skills (hardware setup, software for stitching & processing) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred: Experience with custom camera rigs or vehicle-mounted capture systems Understanding of data privacy & Google’s Street View quality guidelines Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience & project scope Potential for ongoing work for future cities and regions Location: Projects based in Southern California (must be able to travel within the region). Work Responsibilities ● The BIM & VDC Coordination Engineer is expected to provide coordination skills in support of the creation of detailed and accurate BIM models. ● This position will set the course for the digital delivery, coordination and collaboration of project teams within a large and fast-moving project. This includes working with peers, consultants, discipline leads and executive management through the numerous efforts within the master project(s). ● Introduce, support, and oversee the implementation of industry leading BIM technology. ● The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper setup, maintenance and review of design efforts. This may involve 8-10 (or more) design and engineering disciplines that are located both on and off premises. ● This person will be directly responsible for the coordination of the design produced by the Engineering Team, Trade Contractors, and other third-party vendors under their direction. ● This person will work with engineers, trades, and design professionals to develop an integrated model delivery approach and lead clash detection sessions with a focus on optimizing the construction process and driving quality and value. ● The ideal candidate will identify conflicts with Architectural, Structural and other MEP design elements. ● Scope of responsibility will include overall accuracy & completeness of the models, physical & operational spatial coordination, and timely implementation and resolution of any issues according to an aggressive schedule. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering and/or evidence of exceptional experience. ● 2-3+ years of hands-on experience working within a coordination specialty or in construction of residential projects. ● Proven expertise in using, and supporting users in Autodesk Revit, BIM360 Docs, Autodesk Navisworks and various reality capture applications. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, IFC, Solibri, data interoperability and general awareness of other BIM and parametric design applications. ● Experience with scripting and/or visual programming automation tools (Dynamo and Python). ● Experience interfacing with Project Controls Teams (construction, scheduling, asset acquisition and cost control) regarding quantity takeoffs, including alignment between Work Breakdown Structure, cost tracking, data entry, value tracking and the associated BIM parameters.
