Our Spokane office is in need of a Civil Engineer to perform project management, engineering design, and construction inspection duties. The candidate should be comfortable working with clients and team members on diverse civil infrastructure projects, including but not limited to:  Potable water systems;  Sewer systems;  Stormwater systems;  Structural inspections and designs. Develop project scope and service fee estimation as necessary, attend meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to set deadlines, keep communication lines open, coordinate with inside team to accomplish project timelines.
