We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager/Admin to support our construction team with project coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment. This is a roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary position. Key Responsibilities: Run essential project errands including but not limited to picking up stamps, returning packages via UPS/FedEx, and collecting construction materials from vendors. Contact vendors to gather pricing and availability information for construction materials and supplies. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in day-to-day office administrative duties such as filing, organizing project documents, managing emails, and data entry. Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, purchase orders, and project logistics. Support the project management team in maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project timelines are met. Provide on-the-ground support to ensure project needs are met efficiently and accurately. Qualifications: MUST have experience in residential construction, project coordination, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore.
