Job Function Statements: • Develop and Maintain LabView code for the control of equipment and the collection Data during laboratory tests • Perform data validation, reduction, analysis, and presentation for Laboratory and Field Testing • Develop and Maintain SOMAT code for the collection of Data during field tests • Troubleshoot abnormalities/failures of electronic sensors, data anomalies, computer, and data acquisition systems • Collaborate with R&D and Maintenance personnel on troubleshooting of electro-mechanical test equipment and repairs/upgrades • Research, Recommend, and specify new data collection equipment or procedures toward enhancing and expanding the Research & Development capabilities

REQUIREMENTS: * 5 yrs. experience with MasterCam programming software (2020 or above) * Experience with HEM (High Efficiency Machining) helpful * Experience with SolidCam helpful * Experience as a CNC mill machinist * Experience programming ferrous, non-ferrous metal and plastics * Skills to plan and program complicated parts according to blueprint * Strong knowledge of tolerance, blueprint reading and GD&T * Ability to work independently with little supervision * Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with others * Must have excellent work ethic and attendance * Attention to detail JOB DUTIES: * Program parts to be run on various Mori Seiki, DMG Mori and Doosan CNC Vertical, Horizontal, Horizontal, 5-Axis mills and Cells according to customer specifications. * Daily programming using MasterCam 2025 * Review blueprint and establishes a sequence of operations to produce product * Update programs with needed changes * Establish correct tools to use on each machine to manufacture the product * Design fixtures for CNC Mill runs * Produce set up sheet for operators * Determine size and availability of materials * Request materials for production through Purchasing * Daily communications with CAD Dept, operators and management to develop product as necessary * Review new jobs and determine priority * Review returned product and update documentation as necessary * Other duties as assigned We offer a full benefit package to employees working full-time at 30+ hrs. per week.  This includes 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. Applicant must have working knowledge of sewing machine operations and adjustments to be made, in order io properly do single & double topstitch, frcnch seams, and other stitches on custom shaped covers. Must be able to measure, make templates, cut leather/fabric, and sew covers for various seats & divan cushions: also upholstering various types of panels. Must be able to shape or reshape existing foam cushions and then attach coverings. Experience in Autos or Aircraft a plus, but not required. Position is for full time 40 hour week Monday thu Friday.
