We are currently looking for a Product Specialist for inside sales. 1. Process and follow up all coming domestic and international orders for same day shipping, and some customer inquiries, solve products/regulations/shipping related issues to assist customers 2. Make quotations and develop more sales, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. develop products marketing through different channels to enhance customer awareness. 4. Develop products specification/new categories/pricing strategy per scientific and/or business development. Requirements: 1. BS in chemistry, or very close related fields, some working experience would be welcomed. 2. Strong computer and data management skills. 4. Reliable, organized, and attentive to details.
