Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher (SACRAMENTO)

We are an e-waste and battery recycling company primarily serving corporate and government clients. Our mission is to securely recycle used, unwanted, outdated or obsolete batteries and electronic devices. We focus on protecting private information and the environment. We have operated in the Sacramento, California market for over two decades and hold multiple ISO certifications as well as R2 certification. We are seeking a passionate, highly-motivated, and social-media savvy Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to work in our office. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Providing customer service to existing and new customers 2) Managing and scheduling services 3) Coordinating with appropriate department(s) to ensure fulfillment of service end-to-end 4) Assisting Accounting by reconciling invoices 5) Assisting day-to-day clerical activities 6) Collecting Google Reviews The Ideal Candidate has the following: 1) At least 3 years of customer service experience 2) Excellent computer skills and e-mail etiquette 3) Understanding of modern business practices 4) Social-media savviness 5) Passion for excellence WE PROVIDE: Full time employment Paid vacation after one year Competitive Salary Formal Training Med/Dental/Vision/benefits after 60 days of employment Simple IRA after 1 year of employment YOU PROVIDE: Excellent Word and Excel Skills - MANDATORY YOU WILL BE TESTED 3 Years Customer Service Experience Enjoyment of High Pressure, fast paced environment Clean background Starting Wage: $20 - $22/hr.
