We’re a high-performance fitness coaching company looking for a skilled and experienced Appointment Setter/Lead Nurture Specialist to join our growing team. We generate 10–20 warm leads per day from our online campaigns, and we need a motivated, organized, and persuasive individual to take over appointment setting and initial lead conversations. This is a part-time role (3–4 hours/day) with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance. Responsibilities: Engage with inbound leads via SMS, email, and phone using provided scripts and frameworks Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our high-ticket coaching program Manage a consistent follow-up pipeline through our CRM Build rapport, overcome light objections, and maintain professional, empathetic communication Log daily updates and KPIs Requirements: Proven experience setting appointments or handling lead nurture for service-based or high-ticket offers Fluent in English (spoken and written) — strong communication is a must Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented -HOURS- Available to work 3–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (time zone flexible) Must be available to make calls; Weekdays - between 830-10am and 5-7pm Weekends - For 1 hour a day Weekends are a must and non- negotiable -Skillset- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Ontraport, or similar CRMs preferred Fitness industry experience is a bonus but not required -What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate + bonuses for performance Long-term growth potential (this can evolve into a full-time role) A supportive and fast-paced team environment Clear systems, scripts, and onboarding to help you succeed from day one To Apply: Please submit: ✅ A brief description of your relevant experience ✅ Any results or metrics you’ve achieved in a similar role ✅ (Optional but preferred) A short video introducing yourself and explaining why you’re the best fit We are NOT looking for beginners. Post Probationary Period: Hourly: $16.50 Commission : $10-20 per show This part time position can range from $900-2000/month pay on average.
