Full Time Position Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Communication: Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence. Record Keeping: Maintaining files (both physical and digital), databases, and other record-keeping systems. Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory. General Clerical Tasks: Filing, photocopying, faxing, and other tasks as needed QuickBooks, estimates, and invoicing. Maintaining a clean office. If you have QuickBooks experience, that would be helpful. Paid Vacation after one year. 5 paid Holidays per year.
