Drafting, Steel Detailing & Design (Georgetown)

My services are Architectural CAD Drafting, Steel Detailing and Design. The first three photos are of a house before and after the remodel. The first set drawings are for this project. The second set of drawings are for a Steel Stair case I designed with my engineer. Yes I have an engineer I been working with when needed, for the last 12 years. The last four photos are the installed steel staircase. The owner designed & installed the railing. I'm in search of another client who is in the trades that needs drawings on some what of a continual basis. Perferably an Architect or Contractor who know's what they want. For the last 7 years I have been working mainly for just a few clients, an Architect in the Bay Area. General Contractors in Southern Ca and Reno. And a custom stair manufacturer in the South Bay. I am looking to build a new working relationship with someone who needs my services. I have worked with Cad for 25 years. I also have 12 years in construction as a carpenter mainly doing remodels in the Old "William Land Park" area in Sacramento. Before that my schooling was at SF State, Art and Design with emphasis in Photography.
