Guest Services & Hotel Operations – Grow with a Cross-Trained Crew (Chinatown / Lit Italy)

414 Broadway 6th floor, Canal Street, NY 10013, USA
About Us
We are an independent hospitality group operating two boutique hotels in Manhattan. Our 70-room Chinatown property serves mindful, budget-conscious travelers from around the world.
We run lean, tight-knit crews rooted in presence, care, and consistency. Our team-first culture values quiet leadership, hands-on growth, and daily operational excellence.
The Role
This is more than a front desk job. You’ll support guest check-ins, assist housekeeping, coordinate basic maintenance, and help the entire hotel run smoothly. We welcome team players who are curious, reliable, and eager to grow through real-world hospitality experience.
We use a hybrid, cross-functional approach inspired by the Trader Joe’s model: every crew member is trained across roles—from front desk and housekeeping coordination to building checks and supply management. Over time, those who take initiative often become crew trainers and team leads.
No hotel experience is required—just a strong work ethic, clear communication, and the willingness to pitch in where needed.

- Respond to guest inquiries (in person, by phone, and online)
- Prepare rooms for check-in, manage rate changes and inventory

- Keep shared spaces clean and organized (front desk, plants, supplies)
- Handle occasional light tasks: trash runs, towel delivery, luggage help
- Contribute ideas and help improve systems when possible
