About Us We are a professional and compassionate care organization committed to enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality services in a safe and supportive environment. We are currently looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Adult Family Home (AFH) Caregivers. This role involves a 12-hour shift caring for only 4 residents in a home-like setting. ⸻ Position Details Shifts Available: • 12-hour shifts: 6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation). • Administer medications according to state-approved guidelines and training. • Observe and document residents’ conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the nurse or supervisor. • Foster respectful, supportive, and positive relationships with residents to promote a safe and welcoming environment. • Assist residents with mobility needs and exercise routines outlined in their care plans. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home, performing light housekeeping tasks as needed. • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and emergencies. • Adhere to all CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) policies, procedures, and state regulations. ⸻ Qualifications • Must have completed state-approved CBRF training, including Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration, and Standard Precautions. • High school diploma or GED required. • Must pass a background check with no negative findings. • Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Dependable, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a team. • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing required care tasks. ⸻ If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and want to work in a supportive, resident-focused environment, we invite you to apply and join our caring team.
