Lakeland Family Dental is a well-established and patient-centric dental practice dedicated to providing top notch general dental care services to Oconomowoc and our surrounding communities. Our dynamic, fun, and thriving private practice is looking for a hygienist to add to our fantastic team! We’re committed to delivering a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, and you will have the support of 2 dentists who are dedicated to the highest level of quality patient care. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, is team-oriented, passionate about treating periodontal disease, and empathetic towards patient needs. Our hygiene position is full time and offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and other perks. No Mondays required - who doesn’t love a 3 day weekend, every weekend?! Experience with Dentrix patient management software is a huge plus, and solid IT/computer skills are a must. This position is part time, for 28.5 hours on paper, but closer to 30.5 actual worked hours when starting 15 minutes prior to the actual office hours below: Monday: OFF Tuesday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm Wednesday: 8am - 6:30pm Thursday: 8am - 5pm Friday: 8am - 2pm Reasons to join our practice: -PTO (paid time off) -Paid Holidays -401(k) with 3% employer match at 100%, and 3.1-5% match at 50% -Dental care benefits for you and your family -Monthly medical stipend of $125 for health insurance premiums or medical care -Fun work family vibe here as a family owned practice -Non corporate setting, which means no hard corporate production goals -Modern, well equipped office.
