We offer a full-time schedule, benefits, and opportunities for overtime. ________________________________________ WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE ROLE: • Turn customer ideas into reality by producing high-quality printed products that meet exact specifications • Set up and run digital printing presses — load files, select settings, prep materials, and launch print jobs using modern print technology • Monitor jobs in progress, ensuring color accuracy, alignment, and sharp print quality from start to finish • Replenish consumables like toner, paper, and fusers — this requires physical handling of heavy paper goods (up to 75 lbs.) • Use basic math and measuring tools to verify sizes, layouts, and proper finishing for each order • Troubleshoot minor issues on the press (paper jams, misfeeds, etc.) and keep jobs moving through the print queue • Stay active and focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment where accuracy and timing matter • Grow your skills by learning about print queue management, basic color theory, and the fundamentals of digital print production ________________________________________ KEY REQUIREMENTS • Basic computer skills • Desire to learn and grow in a hands-on, technical environment • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting • Comfortable using computers and following step-by-step instructions • Technically inclined and confident working with machines and equipment • Comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 75 lbs. • Able to perform basic math and measuring (rulers, decimals, inch conversions) • Able to distinguish colors — must pass a color vision test • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts • Must pass a background check and drug screen • High school diploma or GED required ________________________________________ FULL-TIME BENEFITS • Full-time Schedule + Opportunities for Overtime • Free Medical Coverage • Free College Tuition (We cover 100% up front) • Raise Reviews Every 6 Months • Paid Time Off + Paid Volunteer Time • 30% Employee Discount on personal prints • Holidays Off- Earn time & a half if you choose to work

Deliver your instruction with confidence and clarity. Provide excellent customer service and be patient with our clients. After the event, stick around as many as 30 minutes to help clean up studio. Qualifications Ability to show you can paint a pre-determined and pre-traced canvas, using acrylic paint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. At times, you may be asked to instruct children. A nurturing attitude towards children, demonstrating patience and understanding of their individual needs is a plus.
