Jobsquad is looking for a Graphic Design Assistant. For a wood flooring design company. The pay is $20 to $22 per hour, with a possible adjustment at the end of the 3-month probation period. Miami Gardens M-F. 8 am to 4:30 pm Full job description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs for catalog, website, product displays, trade shows, and more. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital and print-ready design, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Update or design our product front and back graphics based on product changes and product specs Design and format product catalogs, sell sheets, and merchandising materials Collaborate with marketing and production for displays and retail design assets Ensure accuracy and consistency in all design files for printing or digital use Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry Promotional banner designs for email campaigns and flyers, specifically tailored for seasonal holidays and promotional events. Develops and maintains WordPress websites using Elementor 5+ years of experience in front-end WordPress development Collaborates with team members to deliver development work on time Manages multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines Communicates status updates and challenges to the creative and marketing manager Open to feedback and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams Provides support for troubleshooting and resolving bugs Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.), email, and e-commerce platforms. Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Create content through storytelling techniques to create an immersive experience. Requirements: Advanced in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Familiar with print requirements, color correction, and file prep Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Portfolio showing catalogs, promotion design, illustration, photo editing Proficiency in WordPress Experience with page builders like Elementor Some experience in SEO best practices and performance optimization Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
