GRAPHIC PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR - SONOMA In Sonoma office Sonoma Promotional Solutions, an industry supplier in the advertising specialty industry seeks a highly qualified graphics professional to help manage and maintain our production development. This position will develop, manipulate and maintain artwork and artwork files. Output must inform production facilities of design specifications for a wide variety of products and brands. The right candidate is adaptable - equally willing to work with a team to develop nuanced and thoughtful graphic solutions in addition to working independently and efficiently on a number of projects within any given day. Excellent time management skills, great creative energy and attention to detail are essential. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and production artwork, as they will be responsible for working with sales staff to create artwork for a wide variety of projects and meet multiple daily deadlines quickly and efficiently. REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Translate design descriptions into tangible production artwork • Ensure accuracy of technical design including appropriate use of production materials • Process and file artwork and photography • Organize and maintain product photo libraries • Manage incoming emails and dialogue with sales team about production art • Design original art for product concepts and product development • Arrange and execute product photo shoots Expert in MAC Adobe CC - Particularly Illustrator, but also Photoshop MUST LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF THE CITY OF SONOMA Submit letter of interest, resume and/or portfolio examples AND INCLUDE CITY OF RESIDENCE

Seeking skilled artisan to hand apply gold leaf, silver leaf or painted decorative trim to custom manufactured pieces. This is a part time job located at our business in Santa Fe Springs. Approximately 15-20 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling; however, we are looking for a consistent commitment. (i.e. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10am-2pm) We are seeking individuals who would like long term work that offers flexibility. Compensation: You will be an employee of the company and compensation is dependent upon experience. Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing the surface to ensure optimal adhesion of the gold or silver leaf or paint. Measuring, Taping and Using a precise blade prior to the trim application to achieve the necessary uniform width of trim on the piece. Gold or Silver Leaf Application: Meticulously apply thin sheets of gold or silver leaf to the designated areas of the fixtures, achieving a smooth and uniform finish. Paint Application: Meticulously apply the paint achieving a smooth and uniform finish. Glazing: Apply glaze to seal the pieces to give the look of uniform brush strokes. Quality Control: Inspect pieces as to ensure there are no finish issues. If there are finish issues, and they cannot be touched up in house, make note of them and notify your supervisor immediately.
