We are looking to hire a skilled Maintenance Technician who wants to grow and succeed with us. This position will require reliable transportation and automobile insurance as you may be required to use your vehicle to travel to different sites. Our ideal candidates will be able to work independently and/or with a team. Responsible for the proper upkeeps of the apartment building grounds, apartment buildings, common areas, and to maintain curb appeal. Specific Responsibilities • Complete tasks as assigned by the Property Manager. • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Complete turnovers in an efficient and detailed manner • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Appliance troubleshooting and repair • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Physical Requirements • Ability to perform all required tasks • Ability to work outdoors in all-weather if needed. • Ability to stand, squat, sit, twist, shovel for entire shift • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to stand and work for 8 hours. ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Reliable transportation and your own set of basic tools is required.
