Move in cost: first + Security = $1000 move in cost About us- You’ll be sharing the apartment with: L, She/they 35 y\o professional landscaper horticulturist, who is just moving back to Queens after 15 years of west coast life. H, 29 year old dog owner and nursing student. Likes to spend time outside with his dog who is goofy, lazy, fluffy and friendly when not studying. The master bedroom has a lot more space than the other two rooms so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t generally need to use the living room a lot. You: queer/trans or an ally. Clean in common areas and willing to communicate openly with roommates. We have monthly house meetings/dinners together to discuss house matters.
