This room is 16 X 15 for 230 sq ft of space, with a large closet that is 12x4x8 ft for an added 50 sq ft. Giving you appoximately 300 sq feet in total. The room is fully furnished with a bed, night stand and two large dressers as well. With that being said, This is a compltey refurbished bedroom, is located in the very back of the home. The house is quiet and mellow as well as the neighborhood and house is always kept clean. The price of 1700 a month includeds "everything" use of common areas, all utilities, laundry on site and your own personal parking space right next to the homes enterence. You would only be responsible for personal items, food, bathroom supplies, toliet paper, cleaning, etc. There are plenty of vacuums to use as well. The bathroom is shared but that is also large and it is a completey private and there is no wait to use it ever with only men in the house.... it too is kept clean ..... there is a lock and key on every door in the home for added privacy and security that has never been a probelm. All the major roads like I-95 and I-495 are very close by as well as Downtown Newburyport and Amesbury. Month to month is the rental agreement, and I ask for a 30 day notice, before moving please.
