UMass, BU Medical or Dental School students. Great Furnished Room Furnished bedroom near JFK/UMass and BU Medical School. This would be a month to month rental situation. Price will be negotiable. Spacious room available in a 1500 sq ft two bedroom apartment. I will be in the other bedroom. I have been here for years, it’s a great place. Has laundry in the building; hardwood floors throughout the apartment; recently painted. Has a front and a back porch; a huge back yard. The back yard is great for entertaining. It has a grill, sun chairs, a fire pit, an umbrella covered table for outdoor dining. Plenty of on street parking. I am a male (gals and guys are both welcome). Mid early 40’s; a teacher. Don’t have a lot of people over but you are welcome to. I’m fairly flexible regarding move in dates.
