ShareLEON LOGISTICS LLC is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers to join our company for over-the-road trips. We are based in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities: - Operate a CDL Class A vehicle with a step deck trailer - Ensure safe transportation of goods and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer to ensure they are in proper working order. - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, vehicle maintenance, and reporting. We Offer Our Drivers: - Competitive weekly pay 25% of total gross - Well-maintained equipment, including trucks with a fridge and microwave (automatic transmission) - 24/7 phone assistance for any support or emergencies. - Bonus program for clean inspections, driver referrals, and good performance. - Professional office staff to provide administrative support. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid CDL Class A license with Step deck trailer - Clean driving record for the past 3 years. - Ability to pass a drug test. - Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to maximize earnings. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to handle and secure loads on a step deck trailer.
