Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform all job duties with health safety and food safety as the number one priority. Prepares totes, pallets, and slip-sheets for use. Monitors the levels of peanuts in the finishing bins. Operates the bagger station effectively and efficiently. Hangs totes and operates the HMI and handheld scanner to fill totes to customer specifications. Maintains a solid line of communication with the control room operator and federal state employees to ensure the correct product is bagged and labeled correctly. Performs metal detector checks multiple time throughout the day to ensure all metal is removed from the product. Changes sizing screens out multiple times a day to ensure peanut sizing is correct.
