Expect to earn anywhere from $5-$7 more per hour in tips on top of your hourly wage! That's a combined hourly average of $24.00 to $26.00! Sushi roll makers responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
