Selling my 2006 Toyota Prius that I drive every day. I'm the second owner in 20 years, and 116,500 miles later, it still gets 40+ MPG. It's inspected through January 2026, starts and runs fine, just needs work to maintain. $2900 OBO, let's talk. The good stuff - Everything was regularly serviced and oil changed - Battery/electrical is all good, 12v battery was replaced 3 years ago and works perfectly, hybrid battery charges normally, no issues - Includes a set of winter tires and all-seasons, both good for at least another year - Struts and brake pads were replaced in last 2-3 years - Includes a backup camera (rare for 2006) and trendy CD player The work - Front brake lines need replacement (identified June 2025 at Brian's North End Automotive) - Sizeable rust hole in the exterior, rear passenger rocker panel needs to be repaired (~$500), and some additional rust on the driver side - Rear hatch handle/panel is taped on, it's still connected to open the door but needs a permanent fix (and it's ugly) - Some mild interior stains, kinda dingy and well worn inside overall I didn't upload interior photos since I'm using it still, and figured it's better than the exterior. Happy to send them along if interested.
