Screen printing/screen making facility located in Santa Rosa (north bay) is looking for a local, RELIABLE, and motivated individual to become one of our shop's press operator and general helper. Experience in screen printing in general is A MUST. However, we are willing to train will the right candidate as long as that person has an understanding of screen printing and some hands on experience in the field, a good disposition, is a quick learner, and is here everyday ready to work. Note that is a manufacturing place with deadlines & production goals to meet, not a space to start a hobby or hang out. Be advised that this is a full time on site position. Skills needed: Actually Showing up, being on time, and following a set job schedule Willingness & ability to learn all aspects of screen printing, pad printing, and screen making. Willing to take on different tasks/constant changes in work flow as needed to keep production moving Must be able to lift 50 lbs & reach/bend down Must be ok working with solvents, inks, pressure washers and an overall noisy manufacturing environment.
