Does anyone know how to fix e-scooters? (S. Las Vegas)

I have a flat tire on my e-scooter and need someone to come here to fix it. I have some tools but if yours are more heavy duty than please bring them. I'm near Silverado Ranch and S. Las Vegas and would like to get this done as soon as possible. I can only pay $20, as I'm sure if you know what you're doing it will only take an hour to do.
