Housing Operations Support:
Supports the comprehensive housing operations of the Office of Housing & Residence Life by managing the online housing system (Banner), overseeing new student housing assignments, the annual room selection process, room changes, student check-in/check-out procedures, and preparing housing occupancy reports.
Coordinates all Residence Hall opening and closing procedures at the beginning and end of each semester, as well as during scheduled vacation periods.

Manages the department’s key and door code inventory system, including protocols for lock-outs, lost keys, and lock changes.

Student Staff Supervision:
