We are seeking a Plumber for one of our local clients. The selected individual will need knowledge of most plumbing responsibilities and qualifications listed below. Responsibilities: Assemble and install plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Adhere to safety policies and procedures Being able to identify areas that can and cannot be unearthed (Digging). Installation of fixtures (Sinks, Toilets, faucets etc.) Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus. Ability to handle physical workload Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal communication skills Uses saws and pipe cutters, as necessary. Must have own transportation. Automotive technicians are in high demand and can earn well over $100K. Automotive repair experience is required but transmission experience is not. You'll learn the business from the ground up, working on diagnostic, remove and replace transmissions and perform other repairs as needed.
