Hydraquip’s rotational internship program consists of the following areas: Service & Repair: Hands-on experience with pump teardowns, conversions and assemblies. Learn how hydraulic components function and use of the test stand. Clean all parts using solvents and other chemicals as directed in a safe manner. Client Service Representative: Support outside sales in technical, pricing, and delivery aspects. Learn about company processes for quoting, managing orders & delivery. Develop and employ high level of product and application knowledge. Communicate with top customers via phone & email. Promote and effectively sell supplier products using established company best practices. Build relationships with vendors to gather necessary product information. Outside Sales: Shadow outside sales representatives for customer visits. Experience with customer applications as well as how field relationships are established and maintained. Shipping & Receiving: Order Picking, Packing, and Shipping. Stock Order Receiving. Physical Inventory Counts. Purchasing & Operations: Work with operations manager to assist with projects related to vendor management, ISO quality procedures and e-commerce development/maintenance. Requirements Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher. Prefer junior or senior but will consider other class levels. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work independently and eager to take on responsibilities. Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills. Strong work ethic. Excellent oral, written and communication skills. Detail oriented. With a minimum of 8 years of luxury residential experience under your belt, you can take on big design challenges and project oversight. We are a boutique firm, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, which provides concierge-level service for our clients’ new builds, gut renovations and interior remodels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 8 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation • Draft working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and interior detailing where needed • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers • Develop project budgets, pricing, timelines and FF&E schedules • Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget • Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions • Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design project management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up • Proficient in project management software (Design Manager is a plus) and Google Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Warfel Construction Company is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience with concrete placement, finishing, and repair in a commercial or industrial construction setting. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare and set forms for concrete placement according to blueprints and specifications. Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, walls, and other structures. Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools. Monitor curing of concrete to ensure durability and strength. Perform concrete patching, repairs, and surface preparation as needed. Operate equipment such as power screeds, trowels, and saws. Assist with layout, measuring, and grading. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite. QUALIFICATIONS: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time and within quality standards. Previous commercial construction/concrete experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of concrete properties, curing methods, and finishing techniques. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
