Job Summary: We are seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join our high-performing team in Gilbert, AZ. This role involves providing comprehensive care for patients with chronic venous disease and other vascular conditions, with an emphasis on delivering expert diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment in both clinical and procedural settings. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical exams, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans focused on vascular and arterial diseases. Prescribes medications, non-pharmaceutical therapies, and appropriate treatment regimens aligned with best clinical practices. Refers patients to specialists and coordinates care as needed for optimal outcomes. Oversees clinical trainees and medical fellows as appropriate, contributing to education and hands-on instruction. May lead daily operations of specific care units, programs, or service lines. Collaborates with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Maintains compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards. Participates in outreach, health education, and disease prevention initiatives when applicable. Performs additional job-related duties as required.
