Wears the proper safety equipment. · Performs inventory transactions for receipts and shipments of farm out orders. · Performs scanning and reporting of documents and reports for farm out orders and in-house receipts. · Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. Job Summary The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role ensures buildings remain safe, functional, and presentable while managing a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff. The Assistant Supervisor helps coordinate daily operations, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and provide excellent service to clients and building occupants. General Maintenance Tasks Painting & Surface Care Touch-up painting in high-traffic areas (hallways, stairwells, classrooms, offices), including drywall repair, and caulking Full repainting of walls, doors, trims, and exterior surfaces as needed. Graffiti removal and repainting. Caulking around windows, sinks, and tubs to prevent leaks. Minor Repairs Fixing door handles, locks, hinges, and closers.
