The technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to all residents, future residents and internal team members/and vendors. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal; unit turns are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed.
