Maintenance Worker Full-Time Starting Wage: $19 per hour Work Schedule: • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 – 10:00 p.m. • Days off: Wednesday & Thursday • Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to cover sick leave or vacation. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, general repairs, and assisting with building upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks and general repairs. • Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs under the leadership of the maintenance supervisor. • Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment. • Work collaboratively with the building management team to ensure smooth operations.
