Operations Manager – Automotive Dealership (dublin / pleasanton / livermore)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations with a focus on getting vehicles ready and onto the sales floor efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of our inventory and ensuring our customers receive their vehicles promptly. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all operational aspects related to vehicle preparation and delivery to the sales floor. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient processing of inventory. • Maintain workflow schedules and prioritize tasks to meet dealership goals. • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance productivity. • Lead and support team members involved in vehicle preparation and logistics. • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism. • Communicate effectively with management and staff to resolve operational issues. Qualifications: • Previous experience in automotive operations or dealership environment preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Flexibility with working hours during the weekdays; no weekend work required. • Spanish Speaking, a plus • Must have a good driving record for our insurance. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility available. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience. • Health benefits available.
