Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes within a distribution center environment is advantageous. You should have a proven track record in: • Advanced Tree Climbing: Proficient in various climbing techniques, including SRT and DRT, and experienced in safely accessing trees for various tasks. • Tree Removal: Expert in technical and high-risk tree removals, including rigging and strategic felling in confined or complex spaces. • Tree Pruning: Knowledgeable in industry-standard pruning techniques (e.g., ANSI A300 standards) to improve tree health, structure, and aesthetics. • Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating and maintaining equipment like chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, mini-ski, excavator experience a plus. • Safety: Committed to following all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
