Areas include but are not limited to: Altoona, PA and Cumberland, MD Responsibilities: • Accurately measure and assess windows and doors at customer locations • Verify job site conditions and note any potential installation challenges • Provide precise and detailed reports for production and installation teams • Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams • Ensure all measurements meet company standards and specifications Requirements: • Experience measuring windows and doors in the home remodeling industry • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to assess job sites • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule efficiently • Strong communication and customer service skills We pay per measure and measures can be flexible (we will work around your schedule when setting measures, but must be available weekdays)

National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Clearfield/Cambria/Blair County As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester. The successful candidate will have access to dependable, fuel-efficient transportation and the ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an industry standard background check. This is a 1099, contract opportunity. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) LEAD Carpenter to start immediately and run one of our trucks. This a FT, long term position with our company. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Must be able to do exterior wood work.
