Restoration Technicians and Restoration Supervisors are needed for Servpro Brighton/Howell, Highland, White Lake, Commerce, Novi and Bloomfield. Restoration Technicians and Supervisors work with customers on emergency Fire and Water damages to their homes and businesses in addition to mold and biohazard. Cleaning, demolition, documentation, and customer service are skills that are required for this position. Experience is not necessary, but applicants should have a good attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Crews are required to be "on call" for after-hours emergency work approximately 8 days out of every month. Initial compensation is $18-$19/hour as a Crew Technician. Summary: Atlas Masonry Services is seeking a Journeyman experienced in the construction of projects using brick, block, and/or stone. Experience with concrete work is a huge plus. Job site responsibilities -Installation of brick/block/stone to meet projected production rates and deadlines -Installation of waterproofing products -Must be familiar with installation of the appropriate Stone Masonry Veneer Patterns -Must be proficient in the installation of the following project types -brick replacement -building new brickwork/blockwork -installing stone veneers and full bed stone -tuckpointing -chimney work -Must be comfortable working in areas above 10 ft in a safe workmanship manner -Operator experience is a plus Qualifications: -Minimum of 5 years journeyman level masonry experience Requirements: -High school diploma or GED certificate -Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) -Reliable Transportation -Positive attitude and interest in the masonry trade -Attention to detail -Excellent communication skills -Positive attitude -Ability to adapt to changes and flexibility -Ability to bend lift and squat up to 50 lbs -Able to work independently or as a team in order to complete daily tasks -Ability to use hand and power tools Minimum of $30 an hour with opportunity for more based on experience.
