Carpenter - $65k + benefits (Dallas, Addison, Fort Worth, The Colony, Lewisville)

Description: YBMG is seeking a carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in interior and exterior carpentry. Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified individuals. Responsibilities and Requirements: • The candidate must have knowledge of carpentry work inside and outside apartments. • The candidate must know how to install subfloors. • The candidate must be able to build and repair cabinets. • Ability to locate parts and provide estimates to management. • 10 years of experience are required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. • The person must be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends when necessary. • The candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to various locations within the metroplex. • The candidate must be able to read diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • The candidate must have experience using power and hand tools. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete company-conducted safety training classes. • The candidate must be courteous and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times. • The candidate will not be limited solely to carpentry tasks. • The candidate must pass a drug test and criminal background check. • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
