Frog Rock Janitorial Service is looking for a part time commercial janitorial cleaner to join our night shift crew, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Hours are 7:30 PM to midnight or 1:00 AM, more or less. Approximately 20 hours per week at this time. We are expanding our route; so more hours possibly available after we get to know you better. Service route includes Bainbridge and Silverdale. Must be able to wear backpack vacuum, lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Reliable transportation and cell phone required. Background check necessary. We are in need of a few general laborers to assist in ground work related to tree trimming and removals. This position will assist with hauling and chipping brush, driving, chainsaw and other pruning tool use and general site cleanup. Experience in this field of work is preferred, as can be a physically demanding job. With expressed interest and continued aptitude, training can be provided to learn tree climbing and rigging. This job has the potential to grow into a more well-rounded and skilled position for the right person. We meet at our truck yard at 7:30am, coordinate vehicles and equipment for that day, and return to the yard at the end of the day, generally around 4pm with some days requiring overtime. Driver's license required.

Includes dusting windowsills, surfaces, cleaning mirrors & glass surfaces, making beds, cleaning and polishing sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, kitchen and appliances, maintaining linen closet, wiping down furniture & cabinets and cleaning out cupboards, vacuuming & mopping and occasional windows. As we move toward the end of summer weather and into fall we are looking to add a Marine Travel Lift Operator to our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment—including travel lifts, forklifts, and related machinery—to move, store, and launch boats within the boat yard. Your skills and attention to detail will play a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: -Operate travel lifts, forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently to move boats and equipment. -Safely hauls, launches, and stores boats of various sizes, potentially including yachts up to 80 feet or 70 tons. -Load and unload materials from trucks or containers as needed. -Perform routine inspections and maintenance on travel lifts and other equipment. -Assist with inventory management by tracking boat locations within the facility. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. -May be required to assist with minor boat maintenance and repairs, as well as general yard upkeep. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
