Teneo Linguistics Company is seeking a talented Desktop Publishing Specialist (DTP) Artist/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for formatting, refining, and producing high-quality print and digital materials that meet both linguistic and cultural standards. Your expertise in desktop publishing will help ensure our deliverables are visually consistent, technically precise, and aligned with client expectations across multiple languages. This position is essential to maintaining the quality, accessibility, and professional presentation of all multilingual materials we provide.  Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced Desktop Publishing (DTP) skills to format and prepare documents for both print and digital distribution.  Collaborate with project managers, translators, and other team members to ensure that design elements align with project goals and cultural nuances. Uphold brand consistency by adhering to established design standards and style guidelines across all deliverables.  Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software advancements to keep materials modern, engaging, and visually appealing.  Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients while efficiently managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Provide support with PDF accessibility remediation to ensure documents meet Section 508 compliance standards.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. At least 3 years' experience working as a Desktop Publishing Artist, ideally within a bilingual or multicultural environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
