About the Role: You will be on the frontline for our customers, installing new wireless internet service and solving technical issues. Your day will be spent driving a company vehicle to various homes and businesses across Santa Fe and Española, ensuring our customers get fast, reliable service. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure wireless internet systems at customer premises. Respond to service calls and troubleshoot customer connectivity issues. Work on rooftops and use ladders to install antennas and equipment. Educate customers on how to use their new internet service. Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle. Provide exceptional, friendly customer service. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a valid, current driver's license with a clean driving record. Is comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Can lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical work. Has a good grasp of basic computer and smartphone operation. Is a clear communicator with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
