The CADD Designer will work closely with CADD Manager, Project Managers, Engineers and others to support project teams throughout the company on proposals, planning, and design tasks. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and the design team to advance and complete a variety of project types, including roadway, bridge, and drainage With limited supervision, produce 2D and 3D models and drafting of civil transportation plans using the latest version of either Microstation or AutoCAD drafting software in accordance with company and client standards Develop highway and roadway infrastructure projects with plans, profiles, superelevation transitions, and cross sections Produce conceptual and final construction design plans for utilities, grading, and stormwater Use 3D modeling for roadways, drainage, and grading designs Coordinate with complimentary disciplines at a project level which may include members of the structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural team Support design services during construction activities Produce models for calculating construction quantity takeoffs and creating spreadsheets that summarize estimated quantities Assist junior engineers and professionals. Opportunity to develop and mentor civil team of designers Requirements Five+ years of experience as a civil designer or CADD operator Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) High school graduate, technical degree in BIM/CAD software (preferred) Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads / GeoPAK, and OpenRoads Designer Experience in various infrastructure project types: Drainage, Roadway, Utilities Experience developing and supporting engineering drawings Experience with file conversion and file management between multiple digital environments Familiar with or able to become familiar with the following guidelines/standards: AASHTO Highway Design Guide, NYSDOT Highway Design Manual, NYSDOT Bridge Design Manual, MUTCD, NYCDOT standards, NYCDEP standards and other related standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritize tasks in a logical order Strong verbal communication and time management skills Benefits Salary range — $65,000-$75,000 annually. I am looking for a flooring installer or a helper with experience in flooring. You must be able to lay Vinly plank and SPC flooring and grout ceramic tile. I have all the tools I just need someone to come that knows how to do flooring.

Other duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Drafter Designer or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software. Knowledge of drafting principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field preferred.
