Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their unique employment goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with service recipients to create personalized employment plans, identify strengths and challenges, and provide hands-on training to help them secure and succeed in competitive jobs. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, problem-solvers, and self-starters who are comfortable networking and building relationships with community partners. In addition to this, they also posses exemplary writing skills and computer literacy. Schedule: 8a-4p Monday–Friday or flexible to meet program needs. Occasional evening/weekend availability as needed.
